The order was there in 11 days and super packed. The product itself looks well made in all three cases. Screws and suitable dowels were even supplied. What definitely stands out and should be mentioned is that there is a strong smell of plastic when you open the bags, hence a star deduction. The mounts themselves are coated with foam or something similar so that the guitars cannot be damaged when you hang from them. Otherwise the brackets are easy to mount, look good on the wall and hold my guitars great. Both the acoustic and the electric guitar fit in and don't slip. I am really very satisfied with the product and the seller and would happily recommend both.

The packaging was completely torn off but for once the post office took care of repacking my compliant package. Received 13 days after ordering. Flawless.

product is just as decribed. holds up nicely. now i dont have to worry about the pets or kids tripping over or knocking our guitars over.
