I like the idea and design, but the quality of "cross" part is not good. It is broken when I tried 3rd times. Eventually I use my own metal "cross" instead of the one that I ordered here. Thx.

The item came totally damaged, not working and the round knob broken. It directly hit the Bin. Total loss of money on this one. Is a refund possible or a replacement of the product???⚡️⚡️

Excellent! I've been looking for this forever because it cleans my teeth much better than an interdental brush.
