The ruler is made from stainless steel sheet that is too thin and flexible for its intended use. As a result it got badly damaged in the post. It had got badly bent, also there are two deep scores in the metal. This may also have been due to the flimsy packaging which offered no protecting during transit. It could have been a quality tool with just a little more thought.

The material is thick and harder to bend. They have divisions on both sides. On the one hand, the depth of the divisions is almost not enough to erase some of them. Quality - average.

I have checked it and it is at an exact 90°. Very good, I did not trust the accuracy but it is perfect. I recommend it.

Looks like someone cut it out with an angle grinder...disaster
