This glass wool uses the ultra-high quality sound deadening agent Acostafil.
It is made of a material that is difficult to scatter, has excellent work efficiency, and is durable and has high heat resistance, making it an excellent sound deadening price.
[Characteristics of Acostafil]
Difficult to scatter
It is woven with continuous compressed glass fibers (threads), which minimizes the scattering of glass fibers during work.
Excellent workability
Acostafil is in sheet form, so it is easy to wrap around a punching pipe, and compressed glass expands when heat is applied, so it is OK to wrap it in a size that can be easily inserted into the silencer.
It is easy to handle because it only requires masking tape on the outside.
High durability
It is woven with continuous glass fibers, so it does not scatter and is highly durable.
High heat resistance
The heat resistance temperature of conventional E-glass is 800 to 850°C.
The adoption of newly developed ECR glass achieves a heat resistance temperature of 870 to 900°C.
Excellent sound deadening effect
Compressed glass is used, which is made by bundling glass fibers and applying pressure to make them into threads.
The threads are woven into a sheet, which makes it possible to increase the filling volume and achieves a higher sound deadening effect than conventional products.
*Guideline for winding one sheet of this product (1100mm): When wrapped around a φ54 punching pipe, it is compatible with a φ120 silencer.
When wrapped around a φ42.7 punching pipe, it is compatible with a φ110 silencer.
