It was a lot smaller than expected, Palm size. I'm happy with the product just not the packaging.. The clear plastic wasn't sealed and as a result the shipping sticker was placed directly on the dogs head and left all the glue there when I peeled it off.

Well received, but you should send these kinds of items, in cardboard sleeves, so as not to receive them damaged with folds
