The material seems resistant, it has a hole in the central part and another one at the bottom to extract the bags, the capacity is a bit tight for the number of bags that we accumulate, but it helps to keep them close at hand and without taking up space. The color is not what I asked for, but in this case it is the same for me. Happy with the purchase.

Really really small!! Looks good but regret that the size is not the same as the photo! 10 plastic bags max in there...
