I ordered the wrong item...but what was sent to me was what I "accidentally" ordered...so no fault there...I was not paying attention when I ordered a European outlet when what I really needed was one for U.S.....so shame on me for not paying attention...but I will be ordering the right one soon...cause the one I got looks good😀

How do I use it I don't have a plug for this thing I thought that I would be able to use it but I can't. And how do I send it back to get my refund cause I am not able to use this thing my wall outlet is three prong and flat not round

Caution! Article short-circuited by itself after only some weeks of use, without ever having been overcharged. Fuse went off and protected what could have turned into a home fire. Article built not according to european standards.

I will never make use of Joom again I order multiple of the same product and they get despatched separately and I have to pay when I collect each item from the post office I can buy same items cheaper at our local Chinese store
