How to Use: Apply liberally 15 minutes before heading outdoors. Reapply: Use waterproof sunscreen at least every two hours, especially if swimming or sweating. Other sun protection methods include: Avoid outdoor activities during the day, especially between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants, a hat, and sunglasses.
