Ballpoint pen refills that have been doing what they were built for, namely writing. The 1st mine fell to the ground with the sift and no longer works, it may have fallen on the top. So I don't know if the mines are that high quality.

Cartridges were supposed to be blue and you sent black, you can't read or you can't distinguish colors!!! AND WHAT IS THIS WARRANTY ABOUT? HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND FOR GOODS NOT AS DESCRIBED!
