doesn't work. The beard trimmer rotates once and then goes silent. The power supply isn't working.. The beard trimmer itself is in regular use by me. Your website is catastrophic. Returns aren't possible. Complaints aren't possible either. I'm being sent in circles. Go to the app. It doesn't work there either.. The website just displays a stupid window. Please report the problem in the app.. Toll . thank you. once and never again.
The quality of the power supply leaves something to be desired, after a few uses it broke. At first glance, the cord seems to have failed (extremely strangely, the wire broke under sporadic use, without being attached/detached).
