Be careful with these people. They have shipped the product. But in the application they have put that they have delivered it to me. It is not like this. The order has not arrived. I have complained to Joom and they have told me that the problem is mine. That I have to contact the post office to find out where the order has been delivered. I disagree. Those responsible for the shipment are them. They are the ones who have to contact the transport companies. If it has been sent to the wrong address or the delivery person has left it somewhere else, the problem is not mine as Joom customer service tells me. I have provided my ID so that they can contact the transport company and verify with which ID they have signed the receipt of the package. They have refused. All they do is send me a link so I can see that it has been delivered. It is a shame.
It has arrived in 27 days. advertised
