``The Sea'' is full of elegance, where you can consistently feel Giulini's uniquely elegant and supple singing. Britten, who conducted the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and the Philharmonia Orchestra, was impressed by Robert Tier's beautiful voice in both pieces.
