The new face of Van Doren Reed. "V21 Lead"
In addition to the V.12 cut, affectionately known as the Silver Box, this reed combines the conical design with a narrowed heel, which is the same as the Le Pic 56, the newest clarinet reed.
You can get a well-balanced warm and deep sound across the entire range, and the core sound with good response resonates far away.
Even the wide-spaced jumps that the V.12 and Lepic 56 excel at can be played with a uniform, rich tone, and this advantage is inherited by the V21.
It is about the same hardness as "3" of V12. The hardness is between the traditional "3" and "3-1/2".
