Product Introduction
This is a resin kit from Tori Factory's "1/35 Military Miniature Figure Series: Korean War - Young Sister Carrying Her Younger Brother on Her Back."
The Korean War, which began with the invasion of North Korean forces in 1950, continued until its ceasefire in 1953, turning the entire peninsula into a battlefield.
Women, the elderly, and children suffered the most during this war.
A press photograph of refugees driven from their homes by the fighting showed a young sister carrying her infant brother on her back.
This figure set is based on the young sister and brother in this photograph, recreated in 1/35 scale.
This work explores the issue of war through the siblings fleeing the battlefield.
