it looks nice, solid, but I know from experience that, for example, plastic handles fall off after a dozen or so years, and if they were all metal from one casting it would be perfect, but it fits in the middle of a tomato or apple, for example, if cutlery and kitchen tools, I recommend all metal from one casting, without plastic, wooden or attached handles, because then the atom won't move them as they are, the whole casting, and this type of handles wear out, loosen, bend, crumble, fall off over the years - that's just from experience.

I tried it and I am very satisfied. It easily penetrates the apple, removing the part with the seeds. I recommend it with confidence.
