The five orders have been cleverly grouped into one package. The goods arrived in order as described. The delivery, albeit within the established deadlines, created some problems due to the demerits of the Hermes courier. However resolved quickly and brilliantly by the always very courteous Joom customer service. I will certainly make other purchases hoping to be followed by another courier.

Why does the glue have to be put on the box where the sizes of the spring bars are given. Now no longer legible!
