[Image stabilization function & aperture control] The image stabilization function can correct blurring that occurs when shooting hand-held or with moving objects. If you primarily shoot handheld and use a lens adapter with image stabilization, you will be able to comfortably shoot more scenes. The mount adapter with electronic contacts allows for aperture control on the body side in addition to AF operation. The lens aperture can be adjusted from the camera side, improving ease of use.
[Fast AF & Metal Electronic Contacts] The shell of the electronic mount adapter, which allows Canon EF/EF-S mount lenses to be used with Canon RF mount camera bodies, is made of high-quality aluminum alloy to ensure durability and corrosion resistance. Gold-plated electronic contacts and high-precision injection molding process can effectively improve signal conductivity and corrosion resistance. It provides functions such as high-performance AF (autofocus), aperture control, EXIF data recording, and lens image stabilization. [EXIF data recording] Equipped with electronic contacts, the lens and body exchange information electronically. For images taken via an electronic mount adapter, various lens information such as focal length, aperture value, and lens name at the time of shooting are recorded in EXIF. With types without electronic contacts, you had to take notes on each photo, but with a lens mount adapter with electronic contacts, you can save the shooting data just by pressing the shutter.
[With removable tripod mount] Equipped with a removable tripod mount with an integrated mount adapter, it can be directly attached to a tripod and pan head. There is a 1/4 screw hole on the bottom, which can accommodate a quick shoe plate. When attaching a small lens, you can use it compactly by removing the tripod mount.
