Non credevo che mi sarebbe piu arrivato… ci ha messo piu di un mese ed è slitata due volte la consegna ma la cosa che mi ha lasciato piu basita è che l ordine che era in consegna a spezia da milano è andato fino a Benevento poi ritornato a milano (seguendo il vs tracking) e non capisco proprio perche!!! Bisognerebbe che miglioraste i tempi di consegna e il supporto clienti che spesso non da risposte dirette alle domande che vengono poste. Tanta attesa e disguidi ma il prodotto è assolutamente idoneo e perfetto per il mio kindle…. Grazie

Its says for Kindle 1 2 or 3 and doesn't fit my 2 nor my friends 3. For the 2 it is too thin and the 3 fell out as it is loosly big. Joom were brilliant and sorted the problem almost immediately.
