1. the car has wired android auto;
2. the phone is android version 12 and later;
3. It is not compatible with Huawei phones .

Connecting Guide
1) Make sure you delete your phone that is linked to your car, both Bluetooth and wire. If you don't do this the phone will connect to the car instead of the adapter. It does this weird your required password.
2) Turn ON your phone wifi, THEN your bluetooth.
3) search for your Smartbox (XXX) adapter under the wifi settings.
4) Connect
5) it will say pair with a 6 digit password popup (This is your adapter password, NOT the car), hit connect/pair.
6) Give it a while and the app (I use android auto) will load and connect to your car.
