Unfortunately the goods arrived home very damaged: 3 out of 5 packs were useless, the other 2 were partially useless. However, after contacting customer service, and sending the photos to prove the problem, I was refunded 80% of the price paid.

Looks great. packaging too. Smells like soap and if you throw it in the toilet you can see that it has no effect. Whether this or from the advertisement for more money. Soap is soap

Very fast delivery. As described. Already installed & I hope they will work. Have to say, after 3 months' trial, that it seems these sticks don't make much - if any - difference.

The goods have arrived, but despite the packaging, many of the chopsticks are broken. To what extent it will affect the use of the chopsticks I cannot judge yet.
