Device worked very well with glasses, unfortunately not at all with bottles. Unfortunately, after three glasses, the rails and gear wheel had already warped so much that nothing worked anymore. It's a pity, but scrap!
This jar opener is really very good and practical (especially with the edge of the rounded lids) except that it arrived in a very damaged box. I highly recommend it !!!
