I cannot use the product because the adapter is not suitable for French sockets. I would like you to send me a suitable adapter. This is absolutely unacceptable. Your products do not at all match the description. !! The packaging of one of the needles has a hole!!

The paper was bent and ripped when I got it, I still managed to get a stencil out of it, not the best paper.

my order came through socking wet. i sure it would have been good if it was in a undamaged envelope. :)
